This Oregon Spine Splint II is an immobilisation waistcoat for real or potential spinal injuries, especially relevant with seated casualties
Unlike other immobilisation waistcoats the splint will not move up or down or rotate when properly fitted.
The unique criss-cross shoulder strap design provides superior immobilisation without restricting breathing for clavical fractures
The OSS II is an ideal partner with the Sked Basic Rescue System.

The OSS II includes a shoulder board which can be used to prevent the compression felt when using a flexible or roll up stretcher.
